Same thing happened to me as another reviewer posted here. Ordered online but when the driver got here, he had another total, which was $5 more, then gave me the same BS about the website. So I cancelled my order and ordered through the phone. When my order came it was still an extra $5. I called their hotline to discuss the issue and didn't get much of a resolution but the lady did say it looked to her like they were trying to charge the delivery charge twice! THIS LOCATION IS SHADY! DO NOT GO HERE! Go inside the mall or order from Lee's Chicken, they're better anyways.

If I could give this location negative stars, I would. I feel for the delivery driver/staff that have to deal with the POS manager. I ordered online. Received the total, which was confirmed in the emailed receipt. Driver gets here with a completely different total on the paper receipt(more then the online total), driver calls his manager to notify of the difference. Manager tells him that the website has not been updated and the customer(me) has to pay the total on the paper receipt or the driver can take the food back to the store. The only thing the driver could suggest was to make an online complaint on the website so that the website gets updated(not my issue, if you know your haven’t updated your website you should be prepared to honoured the prices). Crossing KFC off our quick dinner nights.

They missed an order of added sour cream. Told them and the guy in the back made such a huge deal about it, like I was trying to rob their entire restaraunt from a little extra sour cream that I paid for. I was about to tell them to forget it when he finally gave in and gave me a side of sour cream. I won't be returning. Bad service from that guy, the front girls were fine. Food was not very good either.

Quick service. Fresh hot food (Not kept under heat lamps all day like one bad experience with KFC [different location] 10 years ago)

Good food and all but the cashier didn't put any forks for the salad or dressing. Customers, like me, forget to check on these things until it's too late.
