KFC

Don't ever eat there chicken raw place was filthy had to ask to get table wiped offnFloor was not clean at all

Went to KFC at 11:05am aka 5mins after they opened. From there to home not far my fries were cold, the coleslaw has leaked everywhere, the ketchup was covered in some sticky substance as well the chicken was absolutely greasy and disgusting. This is absolutely unacceptable. By far the poorest quality KFC in Lethbridge. I will never order from there again.

This was a very bad experience at both Taco Bell and KFC. The hygiene standards were unacceptable. Staff members were not washing their hands after using the washroom and were handling food directly, which is very concerning. The food we received was cold, not tasty, and not enjoyable at all. What made it worse was that after the meal they asked us to give them a good review. Restaurants should focus on cleanliness, food safety, and customer satisfaction first. I would not recommend this place until they improve their hygiene, food quality, and service.

We went at this location to takeaway our fav chicken burger. After waiting for few minutes the worker took our order and meal was ready within 5-10min. The staff at this location were friendly. But I’m bit disappointed on food specifically the fries was not hot enough, also most of the fries was over fried totally black/dark brown can’t eat The burger chicken patty is not freshly fried, the green lettuce inside is almost invisible. First time we didn’t enjoy KFC. Will try another location next time, I hope will not get disappointed. All stars for location, cleanliness and service. They have many parking spots. Overall okey service, once you order something checkout your order and if it’s not hot enough don’t accept it.
