I’m sorry I didn’t want to be that personnI’m so disappointed the worst meal evernI’m actually shocked and embarrassed that I didn’t pick up on the fact that my 10 peace chicken order was filled within four minutes, so clearly that chicken had been sitting in a warmer It didn’t taste like Kentucky fried chicken. I haven’t had KFC in many years, but I remember the distinct taste of the chicken the chicken we got was very greasy and Flavourless. I’m certain that was because it had been sitting in a warmer the coleslaw tasted like vinegar so I can’t even rate the food because it was so bad I can’t even give it a star. It’s bothersome that I spent $37 for a meal that was so horrible. The bones were black Not sure what that means. Hopefully the owner reads the reviews because I think he’d be embarrassed that his food is not prepared for for the customers. It’s not like there was anybody ahead of me so I don’t know how long it was sitting in the warmer this was at 4:30 PM.
Order placed online 1hr before pick up. Did not start until I arrived had to wait 15 minutes for chicken to cook hopelessly incompetent place wss not even busy 6:00 o’clock on a Saturday and no chicken cooking.
This location can never cook chicken same way, either really greasy or dried out, this is a run down franchise in desparate need of a facelift and learn how to cook chicken correctly. Another thing is Halal Chicken is being used 100% where it should be OPTIONAL, just like other menus at other franchises for other foods.nI will not purchase KFC any longer.
The old lady working the counter was extremely rude, shouldn’t be working in customer service. Huffing and scoffing anytime someone talked to her. Her and the cook just throwing around the food. Chicken is dry AF.
Chicken was almost inedible. We got a 2 person bucket deal and paid $6.00 extra for white meat. The skin was so dark and either overcooked, or hours old under a heat lamp, it’s hard to believe that the person who put it in the box actually served it. The popcorn chicken in contrast was pale white in colour but equally dry and almost impossible to chew as every other piece of chicken was. Come on... seriously you can do better than this.
