KFC

ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE. THEY DON'T WANT YOUR BUSINESS. They close at 9pm but their employees seem to be closing the location as early as 8:30pm! Talk about losing business. It's unbelievable. It's happened to me three times now. The first two times, I showed up at 8:45pm and they didn't even have the decency to talk to me. No one greeted me at the drive thru machine so I went straight to the window and they saw me there and literally ignored me. So after a few minutes of not being talked to, I drove away. Today I showed up at 8:30pm because of the last two experiences and right when I pulled up to the take out machine, they turned the lights off... AT 8:30PM!! on my way out of the drive thru and saw an employee already in her coat waiting at the front door. This is so ridiculous. 5 minutes and maybe 10 on an extremely slow night is forgivable but HALF AN HOUR EARLY? They are definitely not making any business if the employees there have this kind of work ethic.

Asked for honey garlic sauce and received honey mustard, asked for gravy and got none. Too bad I used drive thru this visit. Usually kfc deserves more stars.

Clean and fast. We always stop here for lunch when working near Portage.

Training a new staff member so service was... shall we say... interesting... the chicken as with most KFC was greasey... but seemed a little extra so.

Store lists they close at 9 pm. Arrived at the store to order dinner at 845pm and they told me they are closed. Idiotic.
