It is finger licking good, but why did the new manger get rid of the jelly. Because honey 'sauce' isn't really honey, I needed jelly.

Horrible service- We called ahead with a lg order. When we got there, we still had to wait 30 min to pick up our chicken. All the tables & floors were filthy, so waited outside- came back in for chicken and they had given our order away to other customers. When we complained about the situation to the manager, he yelled back to my 70 yr old father"If you don't like it, I will give you your money and you can go somewhere else!" We had family in from out of town and they were waiting for this food- we had already been in the restaurant by this time for 1 hr- He told us he was busy and didn't have time to deal with us! This was the manager of a customer service based establishment and the service and people skills from this man were NON existent!!!! All the customers inside were appalled!!

Terrible customer service, my order was incomplete, and I had already returned to work. They told me to drive back out to pick up what THEY had left out of my order. I politely told them I couldn't because I was on a lunch break from work. They told me there was nothing else they could do for me.
