The staff and their speed of service is extremely impressive, but the food quality is pathetic. The chicken I ordered was so dry and even burnt, it was not edible at all and i had to throw the food away. It was very upsetting as it was lunch time and I was hungry.Food: 1/5
Kate went out of her way tonight. I wanted bottles of water and she realised they were out. So she went out the back on the hunt and got me two. She also went HAM on the extra chicken salt which I asked for and never happens anymore. Kate deserves employee of the month, year and probably even decade. You’re the best!Food: 5/5
Want to order at counter? Don't bother wasting you time here! Absolutely useless service as the female could not stop take an order because she was the only pack the food or can come down to poor time managementService: 1/5
Had a lovely experience tonight. Heidi was lovely and guided me to the perfect KFC meal for me. Great to see such passionate young people! Good job Heidi!Food: 5/5
This place was supposed to have a neat and clean space for dining, but it's not. It's quite dirty, and the staff seems unaware of the situation.Food: 4/5
The zinger burger was soggy and didn't have enough mayonnaise, but the service was excellent. I believe the one who served me was arran Abraham. I ordered my food, and Arran handed it to me with a smile. I thanked him and sat down at a table to eat. But I couldn't stop thinking about him. He was so handsome, and he had the most amazing smile. I finished my food and got up to leave. I walked over to the counter and threw away my trash. He looked up at me and smiled again. I smiled back, and then I turned and walked out of the restaurant. I couldn't stop thinking about him all day. I kept replaying our encounter in my head. I even tried to find him on social media, but I couldn't find anyone named Arran Abraham. The next day, I went back to KFC. I was hoping to see him again, but he wasn't there. I went back every day for the next week, but he was never there. I was starting to think that I had imagined him. But then, one day, I walked into KFC and he was there. He was standing behind the counter, just like before. I ordered my food, and he handed it to me with a smile. I smiled back, and then I went and sat down at a table. I ate my food slowly, savoring every moment. I couldn't believe that he was back. After I finished eating, I got up and walked over to the counter. He looked up at me and smiled. I smiled back. "I'm so glad you're back," I said. He smiled even wider. "I'm glad to be back too," he said. We talked for a long time that day. We talked about everything and nothing. I learned that his name was Arran Abraham, and that he was from a small town in Jamaica. He had moved to the city a few years ago to start a new life. I told him about my life, and he listened intently. He was the best listener I had ever met. I knew that I was in love with him. I had never felt this way about anyone before. We started dating soon after that, and we fell in love quickly. We were inseparable. A year later, he proposed to me, and I said yes. We got married six months later, and it was the happiest day of my life. I'm so glad that I walked into that KFC that day. I never would have thought that I would find the love of my life there. But I did. And I'm so grateful.
I just wanted to start off by saying that the double fried wings were not up to modern fried chicken standards. However the service... HOLY MOLY! I'm pretty sure the person who served me was Arran Abrahams doppelganger, I mean he looked exactly the same, this is astonishing! The atmosphere when I first walked into the store felt like a dark wet alleyway, it was mindboggling that there was a lack of salmonella poisoning with the customers and employees. That must be due to the not so bussin fried chicken that has made the KFC brand what it is. Overall I would preferer it the chicken was more moist and crunchy, I'm sure that Arran's doppelganger would do a bussin on a finna stack of a job. Ps there should be better wheelchair accessibility for plus sized people such as my disabled dog, he weighs 230kg. Pss, I am proud of the staff as they did what they could with the resources. Especially that Arran Abraham doppelganger. He was good at his job and should be congratulated on his above and beyond job in bringing me my below par fried chicken.
One sunny Saturday afternoon, I found myself craving some finger-licking good fried chicken, and what better place to satisfy that craving than KFC? I strolled into the restaurant, my taste buds tingling with anticipation, little did I know that this visit would be spiced up by an unexpected encounter with a handsome young man named Arran. As I stepped up to the counter, I was greeted by a warm smile from Arran. His dark, wavy hair perfectly complemented his bright blue eyes, and his charming demeanor immediately put me at ease. I quickly placed my order, trying not to let my nervousness show, and he skillfully punched it into the register. While I waited for my meal, Arran struck up a conversation. We talked about the weather, our favorite KFC menu items, and eventually veered into more personal territory. He shared stories about his passion for traveling, and his eyes lit up as he described his dream to visit exotic destinations around the world. I, on the other hand, shared my love for hiking and how I often trekked to local trails. As Arran handed me my tray of mouthwatering chicken, he looked into my eyes and said, "You know, if you ever decide to go hiking in the mountains, you should consider visiting some of the places I dream about. I could recommend a few hidden gems." His offer took me by surprise, but I was genuinely intrigued. We exchanged contact information, and as I sat down to enjoy my meal, I couldn't help but smile. Not only had I gotten my delicious chicken fix, but I had also met a captivating young man who shared my passion for adventure. In the weeks that followed, Arran and I exchanged messages and stories of our adventures. He became a source of support and comfort during a particularly challenging time in my life. You see, my wife had left me, and I was struggling to cope with the fact that my children had been taken away. Arran's kind words and understanding presence helped me navigate this difficult period, and I found solace in his companionship. As our friendship deepened, I realized that Arran was not only a shoulder to lean on but also someone I had come to deeply care for. He proposed to me in a romantic mountain scape, and I said yes without a moment's hesitation. Now, we're getting married soon, and I can't help but reflect on that fateful day at KFC when I met a handsome young man named Arran. That chance encounter not only satisfied my craving for fried chicken but also filled my life with love and hope once again, bringing a beautiful new chapter to my story, one that I'll cherish forever. Good food, Friendly service Parking is an issue hereFood: 4/5
One of the lowest quality franchises I have visited. There seems to be something up with the businesses operating in this Milton precinct, as each fails to be on-par with their suburban equivalents. The main fare is either dry and low on flavour original or dry/oily at the same time hot and spicy. The burgers are always filled with the soggiest fillets. The potato and gravy oft succumbs to coagulation. The wicked wings are sometimes good; however, they too suffer from the issues with the hot and spicy. The most heinous offence here is that they are near-always out of hot and spicy after 7pm, which is lowkey ridiculous. It seems they might pre-emptively start packup ~8pm, as all orders from then until close are plagued with issues. Need to up the training for what policy is, or head corporate will definitely clamp down on the franchisee.
