we ordered food via delivery, and upon receiving our food the fries were dry and floppy the burger soaked in mayonnaise the food had clearly all been sitting for hours . when i called ans spoke to the manager to voice my concerns he told me sorry nothing they can do. i insisted something be done and now he expects me to bring it all back for an exchange, but ive got no vehicle hense the reason i got delivery. now we are hungry and grumpy and out $75 n still no exchange or refund

The thing I don't understand is why do companies hire people that haven't completely no understanding to customer service. For the sake of three packets of ketchup I can never go back to this location ever again. Like seriously owner as I do know you read these, is it really worth it? The guy behind did not even have basic comprehension to basic questions. What a headache

KFC had now started using Uber easts to deliver for them. Not only was the food driven around for 20 minutes, it was left on my back step for 15 more minutes because the delivery driver didn’t bother to notify that it was delivered. When I called to complain about the cold food the store manager decided it wasn’t their fault and hung up on me because I didn’t want to drive to them for a replacement after I had ordered DELIVERY…

This is my new favorite kfc. But quality depends on the worker. Out of 4x, 2x were perfect and others were sub par. The location is not ideal.Food: 3/5

By far the worst location in the city. Garbage customer service food handling and quality is sad. Never have extra crispy ready always excuses for everything. Best to hit the other location on 38st if you really want KFC.A shadow of what it once was. Thank goodness for Popeyes.

Ordered a 14 piece meal. Things started out fine. I paid. Things are still ok. Yah they don’t have some Items no big deal. Then they give me my food and tell me to pay .15 cents more for the bag. Well she forgot to charge me she says.I refuse to use my card for .15cents. She refused to give me a paper bag. I ask for my money back and want to cancel the order. She tells me it’s only .15 cent and I can afford it. I reply that she didn’t ask me so she should pay. At the end I left with my food. And a free bag. I get home the chicken not fresh. The fries are cold! I can honestly say that .15 cent bag has cost kfc my business I don’t need to argue with some lady that didn’t do her job correctly over a bag and be told just pay more. Kfc is a big company they can pay for the bag I got for free a month ago. I would have paid it when I ordered my food no problem. But to be asked after and be treated like an idiot for standing my ground was uncalled for. Enjoy the last $53 you ever get from me.

I'm getting tired of throwing out my big crunch sandwich because they keep putting lettuce in my sandwich. I tell them every time I order no lettuce I'm allergic to most vegetables.Food: 3/5

I've been to this location now twice and compared to all of the other locations I have been to this one has been the best by far. The food was super hot and fresh and tasted amazing. It was not dripping in grease and the chicken tasted fresh. Gravy was nice and thick the way its supposed to be. Loved it and will be back to this location in the future. Parking: Only 1 complaint is the Parking lot is full of holes, craters. It's a real mess.
