Review based on 3 visits spaced 4-8 weeks apart. To summarise; Low staff slow service Overcooked, cold chicken Cold chips Incorrect items in order

To the girls in kfc today .. they were so lovely . I had just finished my shift at work and grabbed a late dinner.. whoever made this original recipe ricebox with an extra fillet .. hands down the nicest one I've ever had and I usually either get the salad box or ricebox . . How it should be and it was lush . Thank you and keep it up . Yum .

It doesnt look like they care of hygiene at KFC :/ Disable toilet want clean properly or at all exept floor and toilet seat.... The lady at the cash register was so busy the kfc was completely empty that she had a problem with putting the drinks in the bag and stated that as a disabled person with a cane, I have to take drinks in my hand. The fries are so overcooked that they just folding to the fingers Disrespectful for disable people. You have to pull doot to enter, to order you have a steps. Stuff dont care about customers.

Really friendly and efficient staff. They always have a smile on their faces. KFC is rather generic at most places but the chicken here seems to be better than any other we've been to. Never had greasy chicken yet here

Order came to almost £50 so they had a lot of chances to get something right.....they didn't. Everything was cold and overcooked. Orders were wrong and things were missing. My 2 children had to share a burger when I ordered one each....luckily they didn't like it anyway. I'm so glad that we are only visiting the area and thos is not how our local restaurant operates. I'd be ashamed to work here

We came to Scarborough for a holiday and thought let’s have a kfc.. although my family’s food was lovely, mine was raw… and I don’t mean just pink, I mean it was still slimy raw. As if heat hadn’t touched it. As a result I now have food poisoning,, what a lovely holiday ruined by careless and unacceptable service. I will not be recommending to anyone.

Very terrible experience. The food was like this before I had even touched anything. I wondered if that’s because the staff was too hungry or it was just their attempt to disgust their customers. Eat somewhere else please. - 2022.7.12 21:00

Never waited so long for a 10 minute job run by a bunch of headless chickens had to remind the guy he skipped my order and can clearly tell the staff is lack of skill, not only that, my chicken was black would not consider! Gravy was ice cold and in my opinion do not go ! Unless you’ve got an hour an a half to spare

Bargain box at 7 49, x two, today absolutely disgusting , cold over cooked chips was black unable to eat A definite rip off. Food was a disgrace , Pluse asked for sauces ,got none , waited a good few minutes for change never again

Had too wait over 35minutes, rediculous, whole meal tepid, fries soggy, no napkins provided, lack of staff were told. Sorry not my problem, pre warn customers before ordering
