We received some coupons in the mail and when we tried to redeem one, they said the one we wanted to use they didn't have in the system. If we wanted to use another one they had in the system they would do that. Asked if they could just discount the 2 meals to make the same price as the coupon they said no they couldn't do that. We left and took our money somewhere else. I understand staffing shortages but you would think they would try to do everything within their control to keep customers happy and coming back in the future. Also noticed they had the inside temperature set to 17 degrees and signs saying washrooms were both out of service. Terrible customer service will keep people away for good and corporate should know how bad this location is based on its other reviews.
Unfortunately the staff shortages has affected this location. The inside dining has been closed since the start of covid and only operating as drive thru. The hours are also spotty if you show up at 11 am or 6 pm it may be closed. The menu is either KFC or Taco Bell only at times. Hopefully they will resolve the staffing issues soon and operate as pre-covid times. If you want to go to a more reliable location for KFC try the Woodgrove Mall food court across the street.
I have spent the last month and a half trying to get my money back from this restaurant with this location just completely ignoring the concern. We placed an order in the drive thru after being stuck waiting in it for almost a half hour. I paid for the order not realizing what the charge was because they just handed me the machine. I not only paid more than I should have, the order wasn’t even ours. It wasn’t until we got home we noticed and by then we didn’t have time to go back so I did the survey listed on the receipt. Explained what had happened and asked to be contacted. Nothing. **UPDATE ** The manager finally contacted me, we have come to an agreement.
Worst KFC i have been. Been waiting for over 10 min and no one has helped us both cashiers are unattended. Both washroom are both not in service. They dont have any costumer service at all. Please do not go to this store
Worst KFC meal I've had EVER and here is why. 1- website mentions there is extra crispy, the location doesn't have it 2- they didn't have spicy chicken as well huh? 3- eventually ordered famous chicken meal- the chicken was not freshly done and reheated, I know when the chicken is freshly made and my sandwich wasn't fresh 4- the upsize fries is the same size as small 5- Baja Blast fountain is in the kitchen, not in an accessible place when you can see it 6- asked for a honey mustard sauce for my chicken popcorn and the server said they ran out of it "the order before me got his HM sauce from another server" so I was like unless the order before me took the last one I think you didnt check well and guess what!! They had it and he gave me the sauce then when I was leaving he said something to his colleague in another language. It could've been nothing but it felt like it was directed towards me. Menus should be updated accordingly to reflect what's in KFC, staff needs more training and location needs to be managed differently
Stopped in for a quick meal before my son's footbal game tonight, and man, I can't tell you how bad it was. First, we ordered, and while we were waiting, there was some sort of confrontation between a manager and a doordash or some such driver that involved swearing and made us feel a little uncomfortable. After we eventually got our food after about half an hour, the fries were stone cold, the sandwiches were absolutely floating in mayo, the buns were squished and looked like they'd been stepped on, and the chicken was absolutely vile. I mean, it was cold, chewy like rubber, and absolutely disgusting. Of the three of us that ordered, not one of us could finish the food. Most of it ended up in the garbage, and what we did ear caused severe gastrointestinal distress in 2 out of the three. I'm writing this review primarily so I can use it to remind myself to never set foot in this place again. It was one of the worst "fast food" experiences we've ever had. Spend 45 bucks to feed the garbage can in front of their store. Blech.
I went there today to get some lunch. First place I went was the washroom, which was so dirty I was afraid to touch anything. Coming out of the washroom, I had a look around and the order counter and floors were filthy too. It was only 11...no lunch rush yet. I left without ordering and will not be back.
Been here a few times and it's gone from bad to worse. Today I was in line 25 minutes before ordering and there were ONLY 2 vehicles ahead of me! Won't be back...Food: 3/5
Took our order and then they just forgot about it. Wondering why other people got their order before me. I ask again then they just realize and start preparing them. What kind of service is this? Very disappointed.
Sooo disappointed. Over time the pieces have gotten smaller but tonight was ridiculous. It was like we ordered baby chicken wings. So small, hardy any meat and tasted terrible. Completely over cooked. The fries were terrible as well overcooked and cold. We won't be going back and advise people not to waste their money there!!
