Have eaten here twice. The fries don't taste like fries they are so old. The chicken tastes like 3 day old dried out chicken. KFC isn't winning any customers keeping this place open. I have had way better gas station chicken. Won't eat here againFood: 1/5
Disappointed. Stopped in to get a bucket of hot wings should know better for supper. Noticed they had some already made so i asked the guy to make fresh wings and that I did not want the old ones. He said ok, turned around and went to the back to tell the lady something and came back out. I mentioned it to him twice that I didn't want the old ones as I noticed she was taking out the old ones from the warmer he said no they are gross and that she is making new ones. He lied!!! At the bottom of my bucket are the old wings, double fried and nasty!!!! I should know better ordering here but I thought I'd give it another shot. Another huge disappointment!!! This location has gone down hill. The last four times it’s been over cooked and dry or super greasy. The gravy is horrible, not at all like it used to be. Tasted like a flour paste! Just awful.
The wonderful staff here, went through the trouble to find and contact me when my Aunt, forgot her purse. And went Above and beyond, they kept it safe to get it back to her. I recommend this KFC as a stop anytime your going to be in Westlock.
WORST KFC EVER. Ordered over phone 25 minutes before going and then proceeded to wait another 25 because they were so incredibly sloppy and slow. And the chicken wasn’t even fresh?! How do you take 50 Minutes to make food that’s not fresh????????
Do NOT use the App to order the food. I did so the other day cause we were in hurry for Harvest. When it was time for pickup they said they didn’t have it and you need to call if you order on the app! So I was able to have it switched to Morinville and my son who was coming that way had it 10 minutes. JUST DO NOT USE APP WITH WESTLOCK!!
Have been to the westlock kfc lots time most times I got they say don’t have any cooked chicken and it’s 7 pm store is open till 8 make sure you have all the food till 8 the reason you don’t have it is the staff are lazy and don’t want to have to work past 8 I am a cook and make sure when I worked at a restaurant that everything is available till the doors close then I do clean up and dish’s run it like a real restaurant not slum shop you have good happy and more customers if you do so 1 pressure cooker cooks 50 peice chicken if you have some left over at end the night fridge it and give to food bank
Ever here a chicken place say we're out of chicken? No? Go here. I feel like they never have it. Also the prices just went up. 9 small popcorn chickens the equivalent of one large box - $104. I won't be back.Food: 1/5
Constantly out of popular items, no sense in their heads to order more, or prep more, wait times are 15-30 min no joke. Terrible. Should be shut down.
Booo to this KFC in Westlock went there last night 7:15 out of a lot of stuff…. How can a restaurant be out of chicken … this wasn’t the first time they’ve been out !!! I’ll definitely not go there again !!!
