Friendly staff...food was good. The place could sure use a update. The floor is hideous. The workers were fast, friendly and efficient.
Food is good but the place is so dirty and old. Smells funny and all the awning is faded. Tiles have cracks in them. Should really be renovated. Taco bell has been renovated twice, and both taco bell and KFC are owned by Pepsi. Would be nice to keep the classic feel of the place, but definitely should be repaired.
Went in one night an was told there is a w5 minute wait for chicken. Another night they were completely out of tenders so they could provide no menu items that I clouded them. It's an old dirty building. Staff at counter was friendly but whoever owners this franchise is really doing serious damage to the chain.
Every pc of chicken I had in the bucket was great. Not super greasy and they changed the color of the gravy to a darker brown which just looks better all together
Always enjoy Kentucky Fried Chicken. This one in Wallaceburg is very good food and up to KFC standard. This local is pickup only, so being a very hot day we ate in the car with air on. Any time we have stopped here, we have never been disappointed.
Tbh the KFC here in wallaceburg is legit the best KFC I have ever been to chicken is great gravey was great the frys were perfect on anything I can swear kn this be the best KFC I been to in Ontario even tho its such a small location !!! Will be back soon
Not recommended to come here and eat, they chicken sizes are extremely small now and are always very greasy. I used to love KFC but the last few times I've gone here have been a disappointment. I would only recommend coming here if you want a personal meal like a big crunch combo etc as it's pretty much the only thing left here that's a decent size and not dripping in grease. The toonie Tuesday has now gone up to around $4 and is no longer a deal like it used to be. It had also been changed from toonie Tuesday to just the Tuesday special. Not good value anymore and is actually a waste of money once you see how small of a piece of chicken you get.
Not a bad spot but they need an update, big time! I think if they did that the quality and constancy of their food would improve aswell
Why did they change the chicken pieces??? Come on, they claim that you get more meat per piece . All I get is broken bones bits and disappointment never again . Now I'm a popeye guy at least I know what I'm eating.Thank God they don't do taxes . Ps this is not the staff fault it come from head office . I guess they don't eat the chicken
The food here is literally not good, and they love to sell old chicken and watered down gravy.
