Lately every time I have to wait minimum 30 minutes in drive thru, yesterday I waited over 30 minutes with 1 car ahead of me. Consistently messing up orders and giving out the wrong food. 0/5. To top it off I paid over $7 for 3 piece chicken strips not the combo and what I got was more like 3 nuggets.
They used to have a decent place to sit with your family or friends, food always came out hot and delicious. Now there's nowhere to sit basically only a drive-thru, serving sizes have decreased almost like they pick and choose like their friends get hooked up and everyone else gets ripped off, all and all it's a terrible place now. I will no longer take the family there. It's too bad because Taber is already fairly limited on places to take the family.
I would give you a negative review if I could. I was extremely unhappy with the service I got. You were a bit short on the tenders, so I asked them to put some down as that is what I wanted to order and pay for. They didn’t seem to happy about my request. The chicken tenders, or should I say the chicken SALT tenders must have been bathed in a vat of salt. They are far TOO SALTY for us to eat. I would have to wash them off first before we can eat them. The worst part of it all, I live out of town. I will never come back to that location again. The worst. What happened to the famous KFC seasoning?
Literally never have a good experience here. Always takes forever, always a mess up or something missing, or both. Plus so many times the food is just disgusting. Soggy & thrown together. Got super strange tasting very watery gravy and the manager told us to microwave it because it wasn’t finished heating up? Why sell it then?

Barely ever eat there and when we do long wait for food and then we get old stail cold fries, pop is gross tastes like they cleaned the machine but never flushed out the chemicals, lettuce on burgers is old and brown and soggy, we love KFC but taber KFC is garbage
I ordered boneless bucket for lunch today. Guy handed over me bag when I arrived at my place then I noticed gravy which I ordered missing. I called store to inform about this. The person over the phone was very rude and asked me twice that how long ago was the order? I told her it was only 3-4 minutes ago from drive thru. She asked me to come back to get gravy. I said no, you should deliver to us because it’s your fault if I drive back and forth then will be at least 10 minutes, by then all order could be cold and soggy. So I said no to go back and she hung up the phone after using world sorry. I will never go back there as used to go at least twice every month.
Went in today and and ordered a chicken sandwich and one for my son. When I went to sit down there was a guy on break sitting in the corner on his phone. I asked him if he was the manager or the shift supervisor. He said he was the manager. I said maybe he should get somebody to wipe the tables there was not a clean table in the building and we were the only ones in there. He never even moved but asked me if the tables were dirty. We moved to 2 different tables and finally someone came from the back and made a feeble attempt to wipe our table and went around and half wiped the rest. Probably will not eat here again.
I always forgive and forget for long wait times, sub par food quality and service, and overpriced meals but this is the last straw. A whopping 30ish minutes of wait from the drive thru line, and to the window so I can just be parked for my single order. This KFC is just not it.
Used to be a big KFC chicken fan. But for the past 15 years probably, I just just get a spicy big crunch. Today mine was great. My wife's on the other hand had a few loaded pockets of grease that poured out as she bit into hers. Doesn't happen much, but I'm sure everyone has their story about that time when....
