I am OUTRAGED. I was at this kfc/taco bell drive through with my pet chicken to get some taco bell. we were getting some treats and he was in there front seat with me. when i pull up to the window, the staff starts yelling saying that i took one of their chickens so they were short on the meat that day. one staff member in particular GOT IN MY CAR and took him. At this point I am yelling because i thought they were joking at first. I can’t believe they would even do that. I returned later that day, and they showed me a picture of him. Here are some pictures from before and after.
I spent 45 minutes in the drive through I had ordered a 4 piece dinner with coleslaw and a gravy on the side with a pepsi to drink. When I got home I only had 3 pieces of chicken and no fries. I decided to phone the store. After my third or fourth try they answered and I told her the problem. She said she would check the order and promptly disconnected me. I have now been phoning on redial for 45 minutes and they won’t answer the phone. The website says they are not busy right now. They close in five minutes. Still wont answer the phone. I hope they are happy ripping off a senior citizen on a fixed income. Trust me I will phone again tomorrow when they open. They don’t even deserve one star
Don't bother. Just don't. I have lived near this store for 16 years. It used to be excellent. Now not even close. When they used to be open for dine in, once I was told to use the bathroom at the gas station across the street. The tables were always filthy and the floors greasy. The last time I tried to eat there I had to use the drive through so I went around back. I saw a chair across the drive through saying they were closing in 1/2 hour. I thought ok I'll take my chances, only 5 cars in front of me. So I moved the chair, got in line, and put it right back in place behind me. A young man came out and told me I had to get out of line. They were closing soon and didn't have food. I said how do you know what I want? I wanted a big crunch, surely in 1/2 hour they could have put one in the fryer. I lodged an online complaint and someone called and apologized but their poor service hasn't changed. Just go to the other side of town. It will be faster, trust me. And you will get better food and service. These people giving 5 stars are fakes to prop up the abysmal numbers, no reasonable person comes away from there giving 5 stars.
Ordered mobile only to find out I couldn’t dine in. The worst of all they just locked the front door leaving customers a number to call to, which never getting picked up. I had to walk around and knock their drive thru door. Without feeling sorry the staff just directed me back to front door, and still did not open the door instead left me waiting outside on a winter night. Super unfriendly girl handed my order, again no thanks no apology, and she missed my dipping sauce! Screw this place. Wished i could just reverse the payment and never came back. Ill make a bigger complaint, wait for the date, you scammers
Pretty disturbing when you go here and the restaurant isn’t open because they’re too short staff. We sat at the drive thru for quite awhile before realizing no one was there. Yes, there was a sign there, but it wasn’t in plain sight for anyone to see. Franchise owners need to do better.
went to Taco Bell but were told they were closed, their hours are wrong online but ended up having kfc to avoid driving somewhere else. it was so bad, my wrap was made incorrectly and also had a massive bone in it because they used thigh meat instead of the tender like they’re supposed to…. fries were ice cold. sandwich had no sauce. they were out of gravy so had to substitute macaroni salad lol this place is in shambles such a waste of money
Extremely slow. Took 10 mins to take order from drive thru, as we sat there in -10 degree weather with our window open so we could hear them. If we weren't stuck in a drive thrubwe would have drove off. Unbelievable.
I never seen a disgusting way to prepare a food, totally substandard and dirty, the crews are very unprofessionals, no hair net, no gloves, refiling the gravy with bare hands dipping in the bucket. The chicken are very salty and we did not eat it. I hope this branch will be check by sanitation, or KFC itself. Purchased 12/8/2022
I went here a few days ago at around 6 pm. The drive thru said that they close at 7:30 pm. But, when I got to the drive thru window, I got an automated message that said KFC was closed. So I therefore wasted my time driving there. ADVERTISE YOUR HOURS CORRECTLY!
Absolutely terrible. 1 star for the lady working the till - she was polite. Gravy was lumpy and watered down, all I could taste was undercooked flour and pepper. Staff are wearing hoodies with the hoods up while cooking. No napkins, no lid, no straw, and a grubby single packet of Ketchup thrown in the bag. The woman's washroom was filthy with flickering lights and weird noises coming from the HVAC. Loogies on the window in the seating area. Will be calling the health inspector, and considering the 30 dollars of food I just threw in the garbage an investment towards my personal health.
