Food is Gross. They gave us dried and burnt mashed potato. The original chicken that we have look super dark and not fresh. The gravy looks like they were scrape the bottom of the warmer to get enough for my order.
Went in this specific location when I saw them advertising "extra crispy" chicken I went not once not twice but three different times to try purchase it at this location and was told each time that they were out and wouldn't be making anymore. Each time was around 4-6pm so you would think they would make enough for supper rush but guess not. You can literally stand in line for 5-10 minutes and no one even acknowledge you. While I was in line I witnessed at least 4 people just walk so I can imagine they lose lots of buisness.
Kfc is horrible. The chicken has NO taste and very greasy. I won't be getting kfc again. Its gone down hill. Expensive... a side of gravy is 8.00..... thats rediculous. Food quality... not worth the price.
Well I thought it was a few years before I went back to KFC so I thought wow it will be a nice change , but was I disappointed not sure what kind of oil they cook in but it was freaking gross not sure what happened but sorry KFC I'm not impressed with the food anymoreFood: 1/5

Very good food. Slow service, but just pre-order and your golden. It's very loud where the staff are so unless your almost yelling the staff mishear you a lot and you mishear them.
One star is for the pleasant staff working there. The food was horrible , no star for the food. The fries were hard , chicken tasted old and so was the coleslaw. Clearly they don't make the food fresh , even if you order ahead.
We’ve had quite a few takeout meals here and even delivery and it’s always been fantastic! I like that they are still cutting their chicken pieces the original way and not cutting it into unidentifiable pieces like some other locations in Canada. Everything is always fresh and hot. Keep up the good work!
Save your money they just don't care old old frys Dry Chicken on the Big Crunch all bun really bad...
Never get anyone to answer the phone ,they ask u to leave message and you cant message center full since the beginning of the year not cool if your a shift worker.
