Compared to other KFC I've had over the years this is lower on the freshness. They had two kids running the place and seemed like they couldn't keep up with demand. We waited 20 min for our order and still wasn't fresh. Nothing against the staff.. just couldn't keep up. This location probably has one of the worst parking lots in North America. You need to drive around the craters in their parking lot to avoid falling into the abyss.
Ordered two famous chicken combos but they were anything but famous. The fries were cold and the “chicken” was smaller than average; it was mostly just deep fried batter which was very dark and the piece itself barely covered the bun. Very disappointed.
I ordered a 20 pcs xtra crispy chicken dinner.. there were no herbs, seasoning,salt. The breading was chewy and tasted like baking soda... there was 1 reg recipe that was thrown in but it was dry chewy, most likely old chicken that had been thrown in cause there wasn't enough. Also ordered biscuits, they were served frozen. I've tried to reach out numerous times but I was ignored 4 times. Will not return the food was terrible we couldn't eat it, and KFC will not refund the $40 I spent.
Great service and friendly staff back in the day however, I have always noticed since the beginning of this year that this restaurant is often closed. However, I do like the retro interior & the bucket that's still displayed outside.
Not Good! This KFC was SO Filthy that it was disgusting. The tables , floors, windows, and even the counter where You order and receive Your food was filthy! The chicken was extremely fatty having more fat than meat! Grease dripped off of the chicken! We will NEVER go to this KFC again! It's a shame to have to post such an unfavorable report but we have to be honest for the sake of others! I do not recommend this KfC!!!
Food is really good, but cleanliness is an issue. Update January 7 Sounds like they are getting a new manager so I have hopes of having a nice KFC in town.Food: 5/5
Food was mediocre at best, if you’re looking for the lowest form of customer service this is the place to be! Manners? Welcoming communication? Smiles? Forget about it! Place was filthy too glad I didn’t choose to eat inside. Didn’t offer or give napkins nor condiments.
Very dissapointing, went tonight an hour before closing to order a 14 piece bucket meal. Was told I could only get 10, ok fine, i'll take the 10. What 3 sides would I like? Well, I wanted 2 large fries and 2 large gravy 4 sides come with the 14 piece, so Ill pay extra for an extra gravy oh no, sorry, the gravy is expired. Even asked if I could wait for fresh stuff .... that was also a no. Will not be back.
Your bathrooms are disgusting,last time I was there ,the flush didn't work and end it was so messy everywhere and they don't wipe it properly under the seat or anything,they really need and upgrade and I got decent food but in Tilbury it's the worst ,I love coming here but I wish It was the same as 15 yrs ago when the staff took care of the place
July 6, 2022, today was the best experience I’ve had at kfc in 10+ years. My food was hot, crispy, not greasy, not dried out. My fries were actually crispy and hot. not soggy and mushy. Good job today ladies and gentlemen. Keep up the good work.
