Pregnancy craving, not fulfilled. Very disappointed and my husband even asked for extra crispy and the popcorn chicken was so pale. The original chicken had barely any breading on it. Soggy fries. I remember this being so much better before. 3 small pieces and 1 normal size in the meal for 2 deal. Should of been more even.
It’s saying it’s open from outside I checked it’s closed. I don’t know if KFC franchise know they closed Sunday and Monday or it’s just me. even a days before i was in drive thru a guy who works there didn’t serve me it’s was around 8 pm. Saying we are closed a days. This place need to be look after. Not coming here anymore
Chicken was old and was soaked in oil. Didn’t even want to touch it, all small old chicken severed to people. Hope they treat their customers better than this!!
This is the third time that this restaurant has done this to me I order a 16-piece bucket of all dark meat and they throw in four pieces of dark and the rest white to get rid of whatever they have left. This is not good business I called the store to speak with the manager or person who serves me which I did get and then she proceeded to lie and tell me I fulfilled your order and I gave you all dark when I was clearly staring at 9 pieces of white meat in my bucket. Nobody in my household likes the white meat so needless to say the dog had a fantastic evening. Last time they see my money again. Trying to pull a fast one on a customer thinking they would never notice and never say it anyting is wrong. First two times I let it go this time I have to review it.
The younger cashier was very nice. She was patient enough with my confusing order and double-checked to make sure i got my plates, cutlery, and sauces, which most places don't. The service was great and quick.Food: 4/5
Went there three times and it sucked the chicken was gross tasting did not taste like kfc chicken. Who ever is running the place should get out and let someone else take over that knows what they are doing. I have had kfc since 1972 across Canada and the Bradford store is below the bottom.what a disgrace.
Ordered the new chicken tenders with Lays BBQ Chips great flavor but doughy, and I asked if it had the original batter on it as well and to which the cashier said yes. Well people it does not have the original batter on it unless whomever cooked it did it wrong!!!
Sorry to say this location is really bad. The drive through employees are pretty good at taking the orders, BUT, the time it takes and the way this location makes there chicken and sides are just wrong and it seems like they don’t know what they are doing and/or they are taking short cuts. The chicken is not fresh, reason being is it’s so soggy and blandI never though kfc could be bland and the fries are soggy as-well. I ordered the boneless bucket and it was supposed to be a large popcorn chicken lg fries with chicken tenders, and I have to say that the qty was not close to what I would get at different locations . I will not support this location again until it comes under a new management. I will goto the competition , Popeyes in the next plaza over.
This KFC is not good if I could have given a minus in stars I would have. Chicken had an awful smell and tasted even worse. Have gone several times only to find it closed. Head office definitely needs to check this location and the people running it. This location is a waste of time and money for the consumer.
Food got cold by the time I received it service took way to long to even take and make the order and hand it off and way too focused on drive through and not anyone inside, waited about 15-20 minutes for small popcorn chicken with 2 tenders unacceptable service time for a fast food place.Food: 1/5
