KFC

Filthy tables, seats sticky, floor dirty with food on it. Wonder what the kitchen looks like when dining area is so gross. Not busy when we were there, yet no one come out to wipe tables etc. the whole time we were there stayed and visited in the kitchen.

Gross. If I could give negative stars, I would. The workers eat the food right behind registers. Most of the time the tables, floors, counters are dirty and gross. Employees have been caught smoking cigarettes in the coolers. Very terrible and low quality KFC, better off driving an hour to West Branch or Houghton lake.

Biscuits were not done and doughy. Green Beans were deliscious.

A no star for Gladwin​ KFC worst customer service ever wow August 24 2017 4:55 pm when I was in there . Girl working taking people orders don't need to work retail not all not good people skills very mean . If you hate your Job that Bad go get a other one somewhere else . Wow will not be back there again !

I'm not a big fan of KFC but I'm glad this is not joined with Taco Bell because that would be a huge disaster. This location is as adequate as any other KFC minus the lunch buffet, but it's a small town so, go figure.
