Waited an hour for the wrong food. No manager on shift to give a refund. Drive thru is prioritized over walk in and online order was made before my food. They never even came to pick it up. Staff is undertrained and I keep seeing workers coming back from outside, I think to speed up drive thru. Update: Checked my bag the second time, but missed that they forgot my sauces.
I went there this afternoon. All of my order was wrong, took about 20 minutes for a 3 peice meal...but that was not even the problem... I watched a woman employee try to fight a customer!!!! Because she said the wrong order, and he asked if it was a different one! It was insane. And when he left she was in the back screaming about it... it was insane!!!!!! I've worked for KFC.... your not a EMT.
Now, I only gave a 2 rating across the board, because for 2 days in a row I went to the Hooksett KFC to get dinner and both times I went away empty handed. First day I sat in line in the drive thru for 20 minutes. When my turn came I was told, "I'm sorry ma'am, but we are all out of sides." Off I went with no dinner. The second day I called ahead to be sure they had sides, "Yes we do." they said. Great! So I get there and today the dinning room is open, so I go in with my husband this time. On the way in hubby held the door open for 2 ladies exiting, with at least 3 buckets of chicken!! Not to mention all the other items they had. I am going to assume that these ladies called ahead with this LARGE order, because given my experience at this location they would've had to wait 30 minutes just to order. Back to my experience. When we finally get to the counter after being behind the worst customer in the world, that's another story we are told there isn't any original recipe, only crispy, and it will be at least 50 minutes before it's ready!!! Now they would have been filling that order when I called about the sides, so why didn't they warn me about the chicken?? And bye the way, when I called, the kid that answered said " Burger King, how can I help you?" Ha ha ha, I bet corporate doesn't find that funny. And I had just stuck up for KFC in an earlier post because of their staffing problems. Sorry Hooksett KFC, but I can't anymore. I will not be going to this location ever again.
I went inside to redeem a voucher I had for $10. So I got 2 chicken bowls. I knew there would be money I would owe them and I was ready to pay. The woman behind the counter helping me was extremely nice and funny. She ended up needing the manager to override it. I ended up getting my order for free. Very nice people here. Parking: Plenty of spots
This location is very disappointing. My Fiancé went to KFC at 8pm and they were out of nearly everything. the staff stated they were not going to make any more food and were only selling what was already made 2 HOURS prior to closing. I called the manager to ask for more information regarding who I can speak to given that the manager himself was there and allowing this. He stated he couldn’t give me any information at all and that there was no one above him I could speak to…. If you own this location please do better
My husband used to love KFC, me not so much. He went to the Hooksett NH store 3/30/2023 and ordered a bucket of chicken, coleslaw and potatoes with gravy and rolls. The chicken was cold and dry, and overcooked coleslaw which used to be a fav tasteless, potatoes same tasteless flavor and the biscuits I gave to my horse. Very dry and no butter. This food isn't cheap. Never again!!
Worst fast food place in hooksett. Always takes way too long, always missing things. Fire everyone and start over so we can have a decent KFC in town.
I wish I didn't have to give a star, had the worst Waite ever, 25 minutes and the chicken was all dried out, had to wait another 20 for another batch. Woman in front of me had a 45 minute Waite for her order, JUST A CLOE SLAW..
A complete joke. Despite being told there was a note, which there wasn’t, was delayed being open due to staff shortage. Was supposed to be let in, no one even attempted to let me in. Knocked and honked to see what was you going on. Nothing until a women showed up asking me if I wanted to fill out a application then proceeded to me they weren’t going to serve me. Has better discussion with different employer. That women needs to be fired.
I would like to give 0 star if possible. They gave us the oldest chicken bucket from the morning and even the biscuit also too hard. After we ate those wings and biscuit we all get sick .
