The chicken and the fries tasted pretty good, I ate with a group of six people but we ordered way too much fried. We thought a large frie wouldn’t be super big but it was huge, we ordered 4 fries and it was way too much. It isn’t shown very clear how much fries your ordering.
It's KFC. They did a good job on the food, exactly what I ordered. Fries could've been crispier, but once again, fast food. Overall the team was friendly on the front end, restaurant was clean including bathrooms, and food was what I was looking for. If you are hankering Kentucky fried chicken, this location does well.
I've been to MANY KFC fast food restaurants outside of Jasper, and this location is the best I have ever been too. I appreciate the exceptional customer service by each and every staff member I have ever been served by. Not only this, the whole restaurant is clean. I love coming here for the delicious food and recommended anyone to come by if you want yummy comfort food; fried chicken, or the other half; Pizza Hut for a classic pizza
Visited here for the very first time and not very satisfied with their customer service. I ordered burger combo its wasn’t tasty at all. Even fries were soggy and over fried. Though place was clean and washrooms were clean as well.
My first time at a KFC in Canada and was extremely disappointed. They charge extra for any sauce on the side except ketchup and the burger was partially cold and the batter of the chicken was not as crispy as it seems from the menu. If you see my burger below, you can see the troll of how fast food restaurants actually make and serve their burgers vs how they show in their menu. This burger costed $8.50 after tax just the sandwich. Extremely over priced and most other fast food burger joints are much better. Not going to KFC again for sure.
KFC quality in Jasper AB is poor. Chicken pieces were very small with very little taste and very few fries. The prices were higher than other locations in AB, possibly because if the national park. I will never eat there again.
Cold food mixed with warm food. I waited for 20 mins for fresh chicken and they put 2 old cold legs in with two fresh and hot pieces. Also no seasoning. Bland and flavorless. Definitely no service with a smile. Would not recommend.Food: 1/5
Staff were good. Place was clean but the actual food doesn’t look fresh. It looks old or maybe the oil that was used is so dark already.
Asked for a 4 peice meal at 7:45pm. Would only give me a 2 peice not wanting to cook more. Closing 9:30pm. Was rather disappointed. EDIT-Had been contacted by their customer service and they have ensured this issue should not happen again. Issue resolved and made right.Food: 5/5
Food was good I had pizza and burger but the guy who was making burger was not wearing hand gloves and the lady who was taking order was cleaning washrooms with no gloves and giving out drinking glasses to people simultaneously.
