Love it! The lobby was actually open and not busy. We have had bad luck when getting fast food at other places. The lobbies seem to be closed a lot. I had the popcorn chicken meal with macaroni and cheese. It was delicious. The woman behind the counter was so nice and patient while we figured out what we wanted. Will def be back!
We had great service. Food was hot. Restaurant was clean. We were the only ones in the restaurant. The employees made fun of us when they found we were from North Carolina. Then we heard them cussing. It was so bad My husband and my son-in-law almost got up and went to talk to them. Our 5-year-old grandson was sitting there listening to them use this language. Most of the parking places at the front of the store, were taken. Considering we were the only ones in the restaurant at this time we assume that the employees park right in front of the door. The next customer was a man that had to stand and call out for somebody to come and take his order. He kept saying hello, hello is anyone working today?
After I ordered my 8 piece family meal when I came to the drive-through I saw the female worker, drop chicken tongs on the floor, then grabbed it and put it back and did not go wash I was about to just drive off, but felt bad if I did not take in the food. I hope someone won’t get sick. Please train the workers again about how to handle food
Average Kentucky Fried Chicken location with all the standard menu items prepared as expected. Service is great at this location, very helpful team. Plenty of parking close by and retail shopping. Conveniently located just off HWY 2.Food: 3/5
The chicken tenders don't look anything like the menu, and they tasted like they weren't thoroughly cooked. I ended up tossing the meal rather than take it back to the counter and the scene looking embarrassing. Parking: Limited parking in front of the restaurant, but it's in a strip plaza so if you don't mind not having parking directly up close on the restaurant, the walk is extremely short.
I went there for lunch waited for 5 minutes for some help at the front ordered my food when I got my food my chicken was completely cold my corn to my mashed potato bowl was completely I don't know it seems like it's been sitting out forever if you decide to go to this KFC make sure it's right when they open when it's all fresh
Quality of food at the Monroe store sucks, small pieces and always greasy, had the chicken sandwich meal today no. 12 gave most of it to the crows in parking lot . I like KFC will just drive on in to Snohomish that KFC is way better
Evening shift manager is dope. Professional and respectful. Food is great too.
I love the spicy chicken sandwich BUT I was a bit grosed out watching the guys putting the food together with the mask not over one guy's nose and the guy from the window jumping in to help, without using gloves. HOWEVER, they were all very nice and efficient and I love that sandwich too much to complain and demand a refund. I am fully vaccinated, otherwise I may have though.
Placed online order. They never received it. Ha Ha. When I finally gave it to them over the phone made "KAREN" mad. Once we got our order 40 minutes later we realized they never gave us our 2 large Pepsi's. Don't be in a hurry if you are super hungry. Parking: They could be a little wider so you don't get door dings Wheelchair accessibility: Great wheel chair accessible . Glad the cars cannot cover part of the sidewalk
