I ordered the spicy chicken famous bowl and it's ALWAYS good. It was done perfectly this time too. Bowl was full and covered in potatoes, gravy and corn and not TOO much hot sauce but just enough. Well done y'all. Food: 5/5
Minimal gravy with mashed potatoes. Enough for about 3 bites. Very little sauce with coleslaw,dry. Used to love your food.
I don't know what you've done to your food but it's awful. The breading on the chicken used to be so good, now it's just bla, the chickeneven had an off taste. The potatoes and gravy left a sour taste in our mouths, used to really like the gravy. Between me and my daughter we got 5 pieces of chicken, mashed and gravy and 2 biscuits and we threw it all away...gross!
Customer service is horrible. They send drinks out through the drive through not knowing what is in each cup. When asked to repeat the order back to make sure you are getting the right food, all they say is " this is food" Lindsey the cashier is very rude and can't be bothered to repeat an order to guarantee its accuracy or give you the correct drinks. I wish I could give a zero star rating. Lindsey the cashier could use some training on how to properly answer a customer's question without copping an attitude. The cost of the food is definitely not up to par with the customer service.
Just dry, and over cooked. Only thing I'd recommend is the fries. The mashed potatoes were terrible and the chicken tender are a sorry excuse for a place know for chicken! Worse then elemtretry school lunch.
Since when did the chicken legs become the size of the drums at wing place. The famous bowl had very little corn and gravy. I would of went back but don't want to get my food spit in!!
Food was great, one of the better KFC's for sure! Service was quick, staff friendly. Lobby was quite clean, tidy, and comfortable. They clearly care and it shows. Bummer no buffet but no big deal. Update 7/19/17: Was back in town few months later and revisited, very much same experience. Cleanest KFC I've seen honestly and very lovely staff.
Staff indifferent, and received the wrong meal at the drive thru. I ordered the 3 piece original recipe, with potatoes and gravy. I received 3 chicken tenders and fries. It was not busy, but I work long hours, and could not go back. Second time this has happened. First time, I had a bad experience getting my order corrected. I am better off spending my money at Culver's.
With their new crew, service was accurate, fast and friendly. The food potato bowl combo was delicious ! They even accommodated my special orders, swapping out the chocolate chip cookie for a biscuit allergy to chocolate and mixing my 2 favorite soft drink flavors.
Picked up a bucket of chicken, biscuits and 2 sides, one of them being mac -n-cheese, which was awful. It tasted more like the container it was in than like cheese, and the noodles were mush. The rest of the meal was good, and the drive-through crew was friendly and professional.
