Placed a mobile order been waiting 30 minutes and people that just arrived and ordered got food before me?! I thought the app was supposed to be quicker. I tried giving this place another chance because they were late the last time I came. I’m still waiting just for them to bring me the wrong order now I’m waiting again. I’m not trying to be rude but come on you’re late every single time? I hope the 1 in portage does better! Maybe new management will change this! I’ll be more than happy to change the review. As of right now only come here if you have the time to wait!
I was shopping around all day and decided to have a great lunch and go to kfc drive thru. I ordered chicken famous bowls and I usually get spicy sauce put on the food. The lady told me they don’t do spicy sauce no more! I really liked and enjoy the spicy sauce. So sad to see it to. I also order fries and raspberry tea and the tea was very water down and the fries was very hard. Poor customer service at the window! Please do better employee fast food workers at this location.
Awesome customer service! There were two unfortunate downfalls though. The wait time in the drive thru is a little timely. Also, the fries I ordered were mixed with some fresh and some old.Food: 3/5
I placed an order thru the app. I drove up to the drive thru and told them I was there to pick up my food.The so called manager tells me that I have to come in the store to pick it up. I said I always come thru the drive thru to pick my order up, she says not anymore. She states that the owner has told them that they can no longer hand orders placed online thru the drive thru window. I tell her that I’m sick and dont want to get any one else sick. She then tells me too bad, come inside and pick up your order. So I go in and ask for owners name and number and she refused. I told her dont worry, I’ll find out. She says and btw, dont come back.
I rarely go to the Hobart one because it’s trashy. I went today…what do you know…the speaker is broken…. Pull up order out of stuff to make the sandwich…like they’re never busy so how do you run out of product? Whys your parking lot trashy? Why does the building look like it needs a bath, why does the speaker not work….ya KFC in Hobart probably will be closing down in the distant future
The food is like cold reheated chicken that was overcooked! That has been every time I go there. The place is dirty the people are ocompletely and totally incompetent! This place is the most horribly run and managed place I have ever seen and the manager is a crazy person that shouldn't be allowed to work with the public! My experience was horrible and I am completely outraged! This is no place to buy food for your family.and furthermore the district manager or so she said she was stepped in to tell me off as if I didn't have the right as a paying customer to tell them that my foot was bad . She tried to belittle me and make me think it was my problem and I was putting her out! I tried to explain to her that she came across very harsh and she turned it around and started telling me off. I told her that I was the customer and I had the right to let her know. I never once raised my voice at her or any inappropriate behavior. I'm a pel professional and I have worked on the human body for over 35 years! I know how to treat people and conduct myself and business and this woman didn't remake my order completely she only gave me half and the whole meal in my opinion should have been replaced. She also told me that she only had so much food and it was as if she was telling me it would come out of her pocket. I called the corporate headquarters about this and they agreed that any manager should have the ability to fix any situation without violently telling a customer off! She also said it sounds like they're not following the KFC standards. But no matter what a customer should be able to communicate with a person who is emotionally stable in a business atmosphere there should never be this tutype of lowly behavior.
Thankfully the food was hot. My mom and brother went to pick up a 16 piece with 3 sides INSIDE. The employees were very unprofessional. It was almost like nobody worked there, they were actually mocking my mom for ordering a desert cake. Saying "Hope we have one, otherwise shes going to yell at us!" Yelling from the register, as people talk smack in the back. Thankfully the manager came in, pretty sure she was on break. Got an extra slaw. Dont even think it was intentional. Food wasnt bad, only took bout 20ish mins with an empty loby and drive thru.
This place should be closed by corporate. Employees did not wait on us when we entered the lobby and ignored our presence as if to say, it’s not my job to wait on you. We wound up going through through the drive up and waited for 15 minutes to get our food, that was ordered at the pick up window, because the ordering speaker was broken! By far the worst restaurant experience I’ve had in 50 years!
DoorDashed a very simple 3 piece combo with extra biscuits and 2 sides. Got the wrong 3 pieces, one of the sides was wrong and received no biscuits at all. Employees just don’t care anymore. Don’t waste you time or money at this location.
I ordered a 3-piece tender meal yesterday 1/6 at the drive-thru, and the pieces were small maybe half the size of what a tender should be, and I was given nasty fries instead of the mashed potatoes I ordered and which showed up clear as day on my receipt. I was unfortunately dumb enough to not check until I got home, so a good chunk of my meal went to waste. I shouldn't have to do their job for them anyway....Do they not check the food in the bag against what is on the ticket before sending it through the window?
