There was a long wait, more than likely due to short staffing which is understandable. I ordered a specific side and it was not the side I ordered when I got home to enjoy my meal. It is the lack of attention to detail that made it disappointing.

Waited 35 minutes in drive through. Food was good though. Love the new fries, they are the bomb.Chicken sandwich with no pickles , you have to get one.

The chicken sandwich and fries were good! The drive thru line has been crazy the last few times I've been. I had a car behind me excessively revving his engine while I was waiting at the window. Please Have patience and be kind. We're all just doing our best right now. EVERYONE is short staffed.

The drive thru was packed, and only one person at the window taking ordersand handing them at the window. Food was good, fresh correct order. There was a while to wait in line but staff was nice!

So convenient to have them cook dinner once in a while. Even when they're busy & have a very long line, they're still pretty quick, especially for the quality & quantity!

I'll be honest, it was okay! I liked the mac and cheese and biscuits with honey and butter the most. They were busy though! So maybe not as much care was taken, so I totally understand. I'll go again when they aren't as busy and compare :

Service very slow. Its been a while since I've visited a KFC. Prices much higher than i expected and quality was not what i expected. I will not visit this site again. Too many choices, in that block alone, to waste good money.

This is the first time I've visited this restaurants since they moved into new building long line at drive up. Still no inside service. The line wrapped around the building and out the driveway. Food was good as always no complaints.
