Not bad. Staff was nice. Food was good. Shrug. Chicken always good
Not very happy with their service. Seems lack of communication between workers and employee experience. We ALWAYS have to double check our order and usually missing something.
Plainwell the entire dining area was filthy, rude manager, garbages overflowing, every table was dirty, food on floor. Managers excuse was they just got done with a rush. Doesn't matter you should clean your dining area on customer request and before serving any more guests.
Poor customer service. 4 consecutive times displeased with freshness of food and receipt not given the last 2 times so that I could bring it in. Went during lunch rush, hoping the chicken would be fresh, still was soggy to the point that the breading was falling off. Disappointed that this place hasn't changed in the past 6 months.
How are they even still in business?? Every time I go there they can’t make my order and tell me if I want chicken I’ll have to wait 25 mins.
The “store manager” threw my change at my face through the window. Terrible customer service. They didn’t get my order right and I had to go back twice. They refused to open the window to help me and when I asked for a refund she bounced my change off my forehead. 0/10 would not recommend.
Busy! They didn't forget anything this time! We like the 5 dollar meals.
I can make watery and not very well blended mash potatoes. Hockey puck biscuits no dressing on the come slaw. And on top off that missing chicken. Wow. The only thing you could eat was the gravy
