Purchased the $30 family meal and they forgot my biscuits... I called to let them know and the gentleman was questioning my order. The oversight was theirs and yet I was being questioned. And dry chicken. Really?

The line often creates a traffic hazard into Lakewood Blvd., but the Colonel delivers. Good stuff. However, we need another chicken restaurant in Holland. It would clean house. Jesus craves.

We had to wait in line at the drive thru for 15 minutes but it was worth it. Our food was hot and delicious.

Super upset. Bought $30 fill-up today. Only to find out when I got home I never received my chicken tenders and all 3 the mash buckets was only filled half way....

Everything was good. The line was quicker than I thought it would be. One thing is, I ordered mashed potatoes and coleslaw with my chicken. Order was correct. But, I wasn't given utensils to eat with.

Even though they were extremely busy, I mean I was the sixth car in line and had two cars behind me. They were efficient with clearing the line and polite once I got to their window to receive my order plus had gotten everything correct! FYI their lobby is not open at this time
