Much improved since 5 years ago when I last ordered here in respect to the food taste / quality. Also I had a very small snag on my Order but Mimi gave excellent service and made everything good. Long John Silvers fish and chicken but KFC sides.
I don't understand why I give this place second chances. Its abundantly clear the general managers don't care. Neither shift leads nor employees, everybody there sitting on they hands in the back
KFC/Long John Silvers. Then said 5 min wait. It was 20 min and I went inside to ask where is our food. Very slow service. No extra crumbs like we asked for, there was like 30 tarter sauce we will never use. I normally like the food. I couldn't even eat it. Tasted off.
Rude staff and horrible service. Hope their is a change in the future. I love KFC.
