Got an email today saying bogo buckets. Hubby had said he preferred kfc to popeyes this weekend and since we love chicken in general we decided to test that theory and order. Well I guess it's BOGO cause someone already ate half of each piece of chicken... also it was so greasy that there was a ton of grease sitting at bottom of bucket in a puddle which is shocking as each piece was literally soaked with grease still. Very disappointing and not even worth the bogo price. He's changed his mind and agrees wholeheartedly that popeyes was far superior. Honestly though who would want to pay for this?
The person who took my order was patient and helpful in explaining the menu options, and was able to accommodate my dietary restrictions without any fuss. The food was served promptly, and when I requested a small change to my order, the server was quick to make the adjustment without any hesitation
We ordered through the KFC app. The delivery driver deposited our food on our front porch and did not call, ring the doorbell, or notify us in anyway that our food had arrived. Our meal sat out in sub-freezing temperatures for 10-15min. When I contacted the store, I was lied to by the worker saying there was no manager there, and told there was nothing they could do to fix it. I filed a complaint with KFC corporate customer service, and they assured me that the District Manager and Owner would be taking a look into the issue and one of them would be contacting me. That was 4 weeks ago and we have not heard anything. UPDATE: 8 weeks, 4 calls to corporate and 0 response.
I tried to resolve this by sending feedback directly to KFC and responding to a customer satisfaction survey, not a single person has bothered to reach out to me. Not even in light of a health code violation. That's absolutely gob smacking. "I'm writing about the absolutely unacceptable practices with my order today. As a weekly customer I tolerate a lot of little mishaps here and there but there are absolutely limits. We did the first portion of our order online and the second portion of our order in the drive thru because the item wanted wasn't online to order. We ordered a 12 piece, paid the upgrade to white meat no wings, with a large side and gravy online and through the drive thru then we ordered a spicy plant based chickn' sandwich with chips n cheese x2 We get the online order first, its not white meat, then 8 minutes later the plant based sandwich comes out with regular mayo We send both orders back together wait for approx 20-25 more minutes, get the 12 piece in terrible shape with all the breading falling off and still not all white meat but more importantly *against all health code standards* even before covid the same plant based sandwich that has been handled and opened by myself and then the drive thru delivery person was simply covered up with spicy mayo and new lettuce, with the old lettuce and regular mayo still visible on both the wrapper, bun and patty Unacceptable. We did not give the staff a 3rd opportunity to redo the order, understandably and also received zero empathy or basic customer service skills within this entire terrible experience I am giving you the opportunity to correct your practices but should this ever ever EVER happen again, I'm calling the health department. Period." You would have thought that would've gotten a response right? In a long drawn out nutshell we're never going to eat here again. Absolutely disgusting.
Impressed with the service. Busiest location in the city but service was so great that I was served under 2 minutes. Food was fresh and restaurant seems very cleans. Would visit again soon. Parking: Spacious
Me and my wife when on Feb 18, 2022, we took a 6 pcs meal bucket, it was extremely greasy, to a point, my wife was holding a chicken leg up, it was dripping in grease, the experience was awful and got both of us sick. We will never go again to any KFC. We do not recommend this place at all.
This location has a great set of people they wonderful and so sweet always working hard.. Amazing atmosphere and great service.I ordered the food many times from this restaurant and always getting good tasty and fresh food……
The KFC store was really good. The food was yummy and the people working there were nice and quick. I had a great time there.

Went to KFC in Dieppe and had horrible service not a a lot of people in the restaurant and took almost half an hour to get two 3piece dinner. Who knew that when you order a dinner only get fries and chicken. 32.00 dollars later and got to motel and was very unhappy call and was rudely told that if you want anything else to order it all you get is fry’s and chicken and for this will never eat there again. Staff should be retrained on customer service.
