Received wrong food. Called store, no one ever answered. Calked customer support. They said the store would contact me. Never happened. Called again. They said they would contact area director. Still waiting for a call. Horrible food and customer support!

Just came in at around 10 on Friday and the two people working ordering / the window were the best!!! So nice and friendly, really happy to have gotten such great service from them! They definitely deserve recognition from management.
The cole slaw was delicious as usual. The extra crispy fried chicken was another story. The skin was inedible, the coating was rock like, and the skin impossible to chew. The actual chicken however was juicy and good.
Drive-through service is pretty slow here, but food is usually correct and hot.
Food is great. But the staff seem a little impatient and expect you to know the menu even going though the drive thru. I understand its busy and cars line up out to the street but treat people like customers not like "The Soup Kitchen" episode of Seinfeld.
