literally the worst kfc i’ve ever been to. the fries tasted like they sat for hours, got re fried, then sat again. they were cold and the texture was like cardboard. they didn’t have nashville hot sauce for the tendersthey never do at this location, so i got buffalo. they put so much sauce it was soupy, and also cold. i’m so disappointed.
Orders aren’t correct, food inside order is hours old and half portions, and they offer no solution other than a remake. Why order if they just keep remaking the same item wrong with food that isn’t even edible. As a person who’s spent my life in restaurants I just cannot understand the lack of concern, solutions, or customer service.
I called the restaurant 25 minutes before coming to ensure they would have 2 pot pies available. Upon getting to the restaurant at 1900, they said they were all out of pot pies for the night. I asked them if they could make me one and I’ll wait in the parking lot and come back around. They said no. This is a promotional product, and you are refusing to sell it to your customers. I called corporate and they if you show up 30 minutes before closing you should be able to order a pot pie, even if they have to make it fresh. So I guess this is one of the KFCs that just ignore company policies and do whatever the heck they want.
I went inside the store. Ordered my food and changed the order before it was rung up. The person at the counter gave me the eye roll because of it. I then was counting out the money to pay for it. A 5 and 4 ones. She then asked me for the money. I told her it is right there. She told me I had to hand it to her because it was rude if I didn’t! I left the store and didn’t buy anything. I then went around to the drive through window and told a different lady. She said that I should put the money in her hand. I have never been treated so bad! Never again!!
The chicken's taste is not like it use to be.Did you prepare it differently The seasoning on the chicken.Its not like the other was? The chicken taste so different. Not a great taste like before ! The chicken's not warm as before. It's colder when I get from at the Davison Mi. KFC. My friends and family told me that it taste different.
I went here around 330 on a Tuesday afternoon. The chicken nuggets were ok and the fries were terrible.....cold and rubbery. It was my first experience trying the nuggets, I asked for sauce, honey and butter. Didn't receive any of it. Kind of bummed out. I always make excuses, maybe the employee was having an off day or was super busy. It happens, I get it.
One star because my pot pie was good not a lot of chicken in it-but then I'm not a big meat eater anyway, our bill was $19. We got the chicken sandwich meal, chicken littles meal, and the pot pie meal. The chicken sandwich was horrible! The bun was hard and the chicken very small and also hard. The chicken littles were ok, but the potato wedges were dried out almost seemed dehydrated, but I'm sure they must have just been old and over heated. I don't know what's up with this location, but for many years, there's always been issues. Bad service or bad food, or lemme screwing around in the kitchen area. They had a remodel recently and the employees seemed to be new, proffessional and friendly the time before this. This visit the guy at the window was friendly, but the food was horrible!
Another fast food place that's employees cannot properly complete an order even with all the time a delivery order provides them. One less place I trust to order from now. Looking at the reviews I am hoping the owner is looking. If not the employees here are straight robbing him blind with all the refunds they are giving out.
They never answered my phone call, and when I was in the lobby, they took 20 minutes to notice I was there. I think they do appear very incapable at there jobs, my only suggestion is that corporate fire everyone and hire new people. Then watch the location like a hawk, so this doesn't happen again. Parking: The parking lot was a one way flow, forcing you through the drive through.
I did not get a meal. I ordered the 12 piece bucket. I was told to come back in 25 minutes it wasn't made. I came back in 25 minutes and was told it would take another 25 minutes. I then asked for original. That was not available either. They only had popcorn chicken. I left
