I made an online order today and found a feather in the chicken. I got sick, never going back to KFC again.
Customer service is garbage but as always the kernels recipe is delicious only reason why 2 stars is the taste of the food
Extremely poor customer service. I was overcharged, when I discovered the manager tried arguing the overcharged amount was the tax. When she couldn't justify that much been taxes she threw the change to me.
Cold fries cold gravy and warm chicken.
I like the service and being polite of the crews and i love KFC
