I stop by here every year I am in Mackinaw City. The owners are some of the nicest people you will ever meet. They treat you as if you are their family. The food is great and the service is fast! You could not ask for a better KFC.
Chicken tenders crispy, not crispy, soggy, cold, went to exchange and was treated rude and snobby!! Stay away or eat cold, treated the same. COLD
Awesome customer service! The food was perfect! The store was inviting. All around great experience.
Good food. Service was really fast. Chicken could have been fresher. It tasted like it had been sitting in the warmer for a long time.
Great employees older gentleman at the counter was a hoot. Food was ready quickly considering how swamped they were. Food temp was perfect. They got the order right. Just don't forget the plastic ware for those folks on vacation...
Restaurant was short staffed. Orders were to go only. One person per order allowed in the store. We werent given any sauces for our chicken tenders meals. The chicken was grey and cold. The fries were stale and cold. The biscuits were dried out. It was one of the worst meals I've ever had from KFC restaurant. Avoid this place!
Always great to see the same face taking your order. The cashier is one of the most genuine and nicest guys we see on our vacation.
It was alright got my food pretty fast
Great food. good deals, cant beat 25 cents for a refill.
