We placed an order online for pickup. It would be helpful if instructions were listed to wait in Drive Up line to get order. We waited for a little bit, then drove to other side thinking there would be a pickup area, no! Back in line, so much for getting our order when we said we wanted it!
The way they manage the drive-thru is utterly incompetent. I understand covid is making things hard, but you need to do better. Sincerely, all of the frustrated people waiting in the glacially paced line for service.
Always great place...I love chicken
Beware! Since the Covid19 shutdown, this restaurant is horrible and slow. I spent 42 minutes from the time I got in line until I got food. There's no dining room to tend to, this is just stupid! No apology for the extremely long wait. Never going there again! Corporate Greed. If you can't handle the crowd, shut down.
Good service, food was excellent they made sure we got condiments, napkins and straws for our drinks.. wish other KFC places were this attentive to customers.
The people that work here are awesome. We are truck drivers and we came in tired and hungry last night. My husband walked over to the drive thru, ordered our food and they wouldn't let him pay for it. They even threw in some chocolate chip cookies. And told my husband thank you. Well thank you. That was greatly appreciated.

Our taco bell is always clean. The employee are always friendly and polite. I love our taco bell in manistee.

My husband and I ordered 6 pieces of chicken only, no sides. For the price we were charged, we at least should have gotten fresh chicken. It tasted like it had been sitting for a long time and it was over cooked. Very disappointing.
