The fees are true. A casher check cost more than 5 dollars . But it is not this local branch fault. The tellers are extremely patient, I have this young head teller helps me every time. It is a small branch, the people work there know regular customers by their names, very personal. Wish the fees are smaller for misc, but we can not blame that on the hard working girls at the local branch, boss at headquarters decides that... can rate that to keybank

Went to cash a check I received from a customer of key bank and they wanted to charge me $7.50 because I don't have an account with them. I closed our accounts when they bought first Niagra because key bank sucks! We went to American eagle federal credit union! KEY BANK SUCKS!!!!
