I absolutely have never been so insulted in my entire life. I went to KeyBank in order to open account for my husband and I was more or less escorted out the door. I was trying to open up an account for my husband due to the fact that we moved from California to Indiana and I have no Global Banks here where his VA check has been deposited. All I need to do is change Banks for him, it would make it much easier for me to have to do his banking as I am his Fiduciary through VA. She absolutely didn't even let me talk. I guess they do not need us lowly people as their customers.I'll just need to go to another bank in town.nIt is so sad, it was my aunt's suggestion that I come here. But the accountant lady just kept cutting me off as I spoke..... KeyBank 20 Main street in Knoz, InnLike I said I have been absolutely humiliated. She did say fraud was an issue right away, I felt like I was some kind of a criminal. I am only a wife trying to take care of the banking for her husband ... wownApparently banking at KeyBank must not be angood idea.

Don't plain on using bill pay with this company because they will lose your payment causing a late fee to the creditor you sent payment to.nOr bill pay takes 10-14 days for you creditor to receive payment way PAST the guaranteed date.nReady to find a different bank or switch to a credit union and stop using the banking system.

Key bank now I understand why your slowly disappearing. You won't even cash your own checks. They call that fraud where I'm from and you guys should be locked up down to the janitor.nThe Intent to deceive that's what you crooks are doing when you put your key bank logo on a check and tell me I can't cash it because it's over 1500.

Worlds worst bank deserves a lower rating for how difficult they make everything. Unheard of policies, even ex employees turn a side eye to this branch. The walmart bank is better and WAY less fees and people standing in the way of your money

This bank is ridiculous! Holds a paycheck thats $400 for 5 days. The 5th day comes and now they are holding it longer. The other bank has already cleared the money but keybank is saying they “cant” verify it when it’s already came out of the other account. And the other bank doesn’t understand why they are holding it at this point. Definitely dont bank with this worthless bank! They hold almost every check for no reason. It could be $50 and they would put a 5 day hold on it! Go to 1st source or bank of monteray!!
