We had KeyWest do multiple videos for us. They have professional videographers and then you will have a producer assigned to you to handle your requirements and manage the video production according to your needs. They will coordinate everything internally so that you are not talking to 100 different people. The responses are prompt and quick. No complaints. PS: They don't get annoyed even when you request ridiculous number of changes lol. Even we felt bad towards the end :D

Key West was great to work with. We used them for a corporate highlight video and the end product was outstanding. They were very collaborative through the process and changes/edits were made quickly. There was no nickel and diming and what we got was what we agreed upon, with the only unplanned charge being once we got the voice over work we decided to change the script and needed another go from the voice talent, which was completely reasonable. I would absolutely go back to Stuart and the team for future projects.
