Called on a Thursday and got an appointment for Laszlo to come out to rekey our locks. Got everything done quickly and without a fuss. Even colour coded our keys to make life easier.
Came here to get a key copied. Tall guy working there took a 1 sec look at it and said "Don't have it." I asked him where I could find one, and he told me "to go to China". Very poor customer service. And being Chinese, this was offensive. Don't waste your time here.
I shopped around & they came out to be the best value shop with good service to booth.
Okay the 11780 River Road, Richmond location that I have tried to update is correct. The location in Google Maps always comes up two blocks east of its actual location. The people are great and helpful and reasonable

terrible and rude service, the tall guy who looked miserable with life cut my key and chucked it on the counter , this was two weeks ago and the key SIMPLE does not even work. take your money elsewhere
