Living in your property was like living in a five-star hotel with all the amenities one could ask for. The apartment was immaculately clean and well-appointed, and I appreciated social hours and the attention to detail that went into ensuring my comfort and convenience. One of the things that stood out to me was your team's responsiveness and eagerness to assist. Whenever I had a question or needed help with something, your team was always there, ready to lend a hand. This level of service is truly rare and it made my time as your tenant all the more enjoyable. Overall, I cannot recommend you highly enough to anyone in search of a rental property. You are a consummate professional and an outstanding team, and I feel lucky to have had the opportunity to rent from you. Thank you for making my stay with you such a wonderful experience! Kevington Buildings was the worst landlord I've ever had. 1 They entered my suite without permission for which I have clear documentation of. 2 They took more than 14 days to return to my damage deposit, in clear violation of the BC Rental Tenancy Agreement. 3 I wrote a poor review of them on Yelp while I was still living in a Kevington Building based on 1 and they sent me a very aggressive and unprofessional email attempting to get me to withdraw my Yelp review. Regarding their actual "management", they were very unpleasant regarding every single interaction and complaint. They are a horrific company and I would avoid then at all costs.
As the owner of a construction company, I have been involved with Kevington Construction for numerous years on various projects and have a great amount of respect for all of the owners + the Kevington team. We have always found them to be fair, open + honest in our dealings and I would not hesitate to recommend any company or person to be involved with or engage the services of their organization.
I cannot speak more highly of Kevington Building and their team. The level of care for their tenants and buildings goes well beyond my expectations. They strive to make your experience as pleasant as possible, with prompt responses, professional staff, and positive attitudes. Their focus on community and sustainability shines through in all aspects of the company, and they are never short of unique ideas to make the living experience an enjoyable one.
I enjoy living in a Kevington property. Their team was extremely helpful throughout the moving and rental process. The building is clean, secure and has plenty of amenities. Each day you can see the staff go out of their way to keep the building running and are very responsive through their helpful tenant portal. I also enjoy the extra details that the Kevington team do, including the holiday décor and appreciation events.
Kevington Building is truly a thoughtful and progressive development and property management company. Their staff members are always friendly and approachable. They are ready and willing to listen and put such care into their properties. They really go above and beyond for their tenants. My favourite thing they do is their tenant appreciation events which are super fun and get the community together.
