Kevin was extremely helpful in helping us purchase our first home. It was a very long, drawn-out process over 2 years due to various unforseen circumstances, but Kevin made himself available to us each time we overcame whatever hurdle was thrown in our path. He was patient and professional. Our needs were complicated due to having a senior citizen living with us, small children, and a limited budget but we were eventually successful. Kevin provided us with knowledge about the current market trends which helped us to keep our expectations realistic. Kevin made a frustrating, overwhelming process less frustrating and overwhelming. We would definitely use him again, but love our new place so much that we plan to never need to.
