We really enjoyed working with Kevin on sale our home.  He was very information along every step of the house sale. His communication and response time was top notch.  His office and support staff were very helpful and everyone work diligently to get our house on the market and sold. I cannot say enough good things about Kevin Machado! My fiancé and I are not originally from the Edmonton area and we picked Kevin as our realtor to help us buy our first home based purely on his online presence and reviews. I am pleased to say we were not disappointed! Kevin took the time to meet with us in person at the beginning of our house hunting journey and was patient with all our questions. He provided useful information when viewing homes about general plumbing/electrical/renovations. He also made the negotiation and purchasing process smooth and worry-free. If we ever decide to sell in the future, we won't hesitate to use Kevin again.

I've never had a better experience with a realtor in my life.  Kevin not only provided great service, but he was professional and extremely knowledgeable about the process from start to finish. Kevin expertly navigated a handful of challenges that came our way and even stepped in to assist with the sale of a piece of land that we had sold privately which represented a significant portion of our down payment.  Whether purchasing your first home, or like us selling multiple properties and purchasing a larger family home I would absolutely recommend Kevin Machado for your real estate needs.

Kevin was outstanding during the process of selling our house! He was honest, trustworthy, fair, very knowledgeable and was able to manage our expectations for a stress-free process. He did everything he could to respect our wishes and provided a very professional and personalized service. He organized over 25 visits of our house in only 2.5 days!!! In the end, we received multiple offers, all above asking price and sold our house in the best way possible for the maximum money! My family and I are very grateful for everything he did for us. Working with Kevin has been the greatest experience we've had with real estate. We had a particularly strange and stressful situation being in a whole different province, etc, and Kevin put us at ease and helped us every step of the way.  We would fully recommend Kevin to anyone and everyone. He is so friendly, communicative, and has the ability to make stressful situations feel way less stressful.  You're in GREAT hands with Kevin and his team. They work hard and quickly and keep you fully informed throughout the entire process.

Kevin is the real deal. Our transaction was more challenging than average with its fair share of drama, but Kevin was so reassuring throughout the whole process. He was so accommodating and understanding of our many emotions, yet always respectful and kind toward the other party. He also knows his stuff which is a bonus. I would seriously consider buying a second house just so we could spend more time with him.

Kevin was just AMAZING to work with. He made everything absolutely stress-free for us and is a realtor who genuinely cares about his clients. Kevin was extremely helpful in helping us purchase our first home. It was a very long, drawn-out process over 2 years due to various unforseen circumstances, but Kevin made himself available to us each time we overcame whatever hurdle was thrown in our path. He was patient and professional. Our needs were complicated due to having a senior citizen living with us, small children, and a limited budget but we were eventually successful. Kevin provided us with knowledge about the current market trends which helped us to keep our expectations realistic. Kevin made a frustrating, overwhelming process less frustrating and overwhelming. We would definitely use him again, but love our new place so much that we plan to never need to.

Kevin and his associates did an amazing job of selling my property.  From the advice, to the pictures, and all points of the selling process he was exemplary. On top of all that, he got me more money than I expected. Whenever I need another realtor, I will surely go back to Kevin!
