I may not have enough space to say all the good things about Kevin and his team. after having a very poor experience with a previous broker we turned to Kevin for help. My wife and I had done a little research for another broker and found Kevin in our search. Boy am I glad we did. When we met Kevin for the first time he took the time to listen to our needs and made us feel comfortable when we started with doubts. The team all are very professional when visiting our home to prepare for the sale.The online tour was fantastic . With the previous broker we had lower the price to where it was just barley meeting our needs. Kevin was able to in a couple of weeks get us our full asking price when the other broker could not in eight months.Because of Kevin and his team my wife and I are now able to move into our new dream home to enjoy are retirement.Than You Kevin and your team . Don't stop, you make people happy.

Suzanne and team were amazing...She was very thorough and explained the market..where I should be priced..and why. She made what is typically a stressful event, less stressful. My family and I are extremely grateful for the Flaherty team's patience and exceptional service. Will definitely recommend them very highly to friends and family. Thanks again!

From our first meeting to 2 weeks past closing, Dean has been fantastic to work with. He has actually gone above and beyond the call of "realtor duty" in my estimation by doing things like: personally looking up information about a wifi light that was in the house, researching the size of a standard king size mattress to make sure our bed would fit in our bedroom and most recently, answering questions I had while he is out of the country on vacation! That, to me is service I would be proud to recommend on to family and friends!

I have two great experiences to write about.... The first was with Kevin selling our home using social media to a degree that is futuristic. We had bookings in real time, 7 days a week and 16 hours a day! The office team were amazing and available all the time. I purchased a house from Chris Regimbal, who is also a member on the Flaherty Real Estate Team. He was amazing and I would use either of them to buy or sell a property in the future.
