For someone on Keto who has a sweet tooth this place is amazing!! Everything has listed net carbs so you know what you are getting.  Best thing is everything I have tried is amazing!!! Every person who works there is helpful and so nice! Love this place!!!

I look forward to Tuesday’s when my husband brings home my keto treats for me!  We live in RI but luckily he works out in Plymouth Monday’s and Tuesday’s.   Tuesday’s he now stops at the bakery for me.  Everything I have had is amazing!!! I also freeze things which seems not to ruin the taste so if you live far, stock up and freeze.

This place is amazing! After being on keto for 2 years I was able to experience the joy that is a thin mint cookie. I don't know what kind of sorcery they're using in the kitchen but everything I've had from here is delicious and hasn't thrown me out of ketosis. Keep the magic coming!

It’s amazing to finally have somewhere to go if you’re on keto, and the food is just amazing! I recommend everyone try them out, you will not regret it.

We cannot sing enough praises about Keto 1620! Everything is amazing and no matter what you get you will not be disappointed. This is a must visit!

The owners are so down to earth and friendly. The Blueberry Cheesecake, Pretzel, cookie dough bar and cupcakes are amazing.
