The facilities for children are excellent. The colleagues' attitude and relationships are also very good, and they are very kind to both kids and children. The team leader is very kind and capable. I am happy to be working in this place.
Community centre has really gone downhill over the past years. Most of the staff are not friendly. No one says hello when you walk in as they are too busy on their computers unfortunately you can clearly see that they are not on work related websites when you walk downstairs. You might as well not have staff at the desk. They have an extra large room downstairs which is locked most mornings. As it sits empty, there are paying community centre members who would like to use the room at 6:30AM before the space is occupied by classes. The smaller rooms become quite busy at times and could use some extra space. When I provided feedback surrounding the inconsistency of the room being locked some mornings and open others, their response was rigid and had no desire to problem solve and work with their paying customers of the community centre. Their response was that gym patrons pay for the two small exercise rooms and the fitness room. Im confused why having the room opened when there are no classes going on is too much of an ask/ work for them to accommodate. Why not mindfully consider feedback of public/ paying patrons instead of something quite simple being such an inconvenience for your staff to manage?
Alive and friendly , staff is helpful and the Center provides a warm and safe environment for young and older people to exercise , learn , create as well as play. I also want to thank Barry for his thoughtful and patient coaching in the exercice room .
My experience today trying to explore the seniors options for the lunch program and music today was not the best as I could hear the frustration and said so of person I was directed to as I could not maneuver the front page. Welcome it says. I ended my call feeling frustrated with no help to get to the right page. Thank you with really no help at all.
Really nice staff, the library is well equipped. Had a good time browsing
