Such an amazing first experience. Extremely polite and friendly staff. I'd visit everyday if not for the LARGE portions, could not finish my noodles. The food was FANTASTIC, great job to the chef. Unfortunately the debit machines in the area was down so I had to leave my cousin behind and return home for cash- and the staff was very understanding. Because I was unable to complete my noodles I took it to go- and the staff separated the noodles from the broth which was an amazing addition so I didn't have soggy noodles later. Thank you
My family and I went to the Kenzo in Barrie for the first time ever a few months ago, let me tell you when I say we go for dinner at least once a week there I'm laying because it's more then once! The food OMG!! The stuff OMG!! So clean, very inviting! Ever single time I walk through there doors I feel so welcome! Congratulations you guys for bringing Barrie this beautiful restaurant!
Been here 3 times now and enjoyed every dish! Each one was unique and full of flavour. Appetizers were equally as impressive. With huge portions you won't walk away hungry! All the staff are very welcoming and work hard to provide an excellent meal. Thank you Kenzos!
Just found this place today. Absolutely delicious Ramen. Had the spicy King of King's Ramen perfect spice level large portion. The the chicken karaage crispy and tender with spicy mayo dipping sause. And the Takoyaki 6 pieces perfectly done bonito flakes shimmering on top. Would recommend this Ramen place, I will definitely be back.
Really good place, back to it just in a week again. Read the reviews so tried the Tonkatsu and gyoza, both very satisfied, the gyoza is about twice of the size of the dumplings we usually have, and the tonkatus have 3 small pieces makes a good portion, also the bread crumbs makes it very tasty , of course better to have it when it's still hot. The broth is quite rich, more real than the Ramen I had in some restaurants. Couldn't resist to try all different kinds of broth
Casual eatery with absolutely delicious Ramen and gyoza. My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed all dishes that we ordered. Food came in a timely manner and everything was reasonably priced. The place is small and gets busy quickly during peak times e.g weekends for dinner.Food: 5/5
Great staff and service! It was my first time walking into a Japanese Noodle House so I wasn’t sure what to order. Anabel greeted me was very kind and she helped me pick out a great dish! I wanted a spicy broth with chicken! Unfortunately, I didn’t realize 1.5 is a little too spicy for my liking totally my fault but the staffs were very accommodating - they offered extra broth which helped dilute the spice without taking the flavour away!! Kenzo’z servers would come around often to check if you need anything and top off your water. I appreciate the service, and the food was good!
Highly recommend! This was my first ramen experience & I will certainly be returning after visiting Kenzo Ramen The waitresses were lovely & provided some great recommendations. We ordered the gyoza to start and they were hot, fresh & stuffed full of that good stuff! My friend & I both ordered the Black Tonkotsu Ramen which was packed full of that garlicky goodness I will definitely be returning!
Had our first visit. Ordered tuna onigiri, chicken karaage, king tonkotsu ramen, karashi ramen, yakisoba and tonkotsu side. My favorites: karaage and tonkotsu ramen! Others are good as well. Mom liked the yakisoba and little one really liked the noodles. Will be back to try the rest in the menu. Overall great experience!
I had a craving for ramen and living far away from the city is hard to find good ramen!! So happy I found this place. Came In for lunch and the server was so delightful and seated us promptly. I chose the king shoyu, agedashi tofu, karaage and my husband had a rice dish can't recall the name everything was presented in a timely manner and so aesthetically pleasing, most importantly everything was so delicious!! Highly recommend this place, great customer service and great food
