The staff in parts is always helpful even if the have to refer you somewhere else to find the part you need I've been going to this Kenworth since well I'm sure since the nineties and always they've either been able to fix the truck I was driving or refer me to someone who could if the were booked solid ....still go there for things even tho I'm not driving anymore thanks for the great service Kenworth..Becky
Pretty good customer service although the work done earlier in the past visit was not upto the expectation. One of the problems popped up again within 3 weeks or so. Had to visit again to solve the check engine light
Always had a great experience when taking my truck there.nWhether it's the service department bodyshop sales or parts everyone is more then accommodating really great people.....
