Good clean place and fresh chicken. Washing hands place beside the door is awesome idea indeed! Walking around the area is also a plus for this KFC.
This branch is disgusting … we ordered Mac and cheese and got COLD pasta with shredded cheese on top, and when we went to ask if they could warm it up they said “we don’t do that” so we just threw it out. Don’t eat here
Went esting there twice, burgers and chicken are fine, but the french fries are horrible! they are super mushy, soft and oily, also lack of salt! really badFood: 1/5
Absolutely terrible. I’ve been to a lot of KFC’s in Prague but this is easily the worst quality KFC in Prague. I have been here many times only due to location and consistently it is terrible quality. Today I ordered the Mac and cheese box. It was dry and absolutely flavourless. Yeah, you could say KFC doesn’t make quality food but the mac and cheese at this location takes the cake. I have ordered the mac and cheese at a few other locations and honestly it was great. But at the I.P Pavlova location not once, not twice, but three times it was absolutely terrible quality. I understand fast food is not gourmet but it should be better than this. I honestly don’t know how to make quality this bad.
The quality and quantity of kfc has decreased so much. Got the 15 wings of side of peanut believe that If I would get 1 X quarter of grilled chicken for 1/10th of the price would have twice that much meat furthermore size of their cheese dip for 20kc is ridiculous not even quarter of the cup..... And the taste is not even special cheapest cheese nacho dip taste probably even better and you get more than 10 times more for same price. Really disappointed.
This is my nearest branch, it’s super exposed and it used to have constant trouble with the homeless but they managed to fix it up really well, I haven’t seen a problematic person there for ages. I really like the new self-order system, it’s clean and spacious and I know some faces who worked there for years which makes it way more pleasant than always finding new people there - that is just not a good sign. They are really doing a good job with this location, I feel more and more comfortable going there.
We ordered as always. This was my second time being in this KFC The food was not good really The color of chicken was so burnt bad oil. I could feel the taste of burnt oil which is not pleasant. It’ll be much better if you guys care about quality and change your oil at least.
Could you tell me why the preparation of Grander sandwich was wrong? I order Grander Texas box. Everything was OK but Grander NOT. I ordered Grander without CHEESE AND ONION. But someone in the service prepared me Grander WITH CHEESE AND ONION instead of additional tomato and slice of bacon. Btw I’m not mentioning the 5 minute waiting. This Monday on 12 October I come again and I give you 2nd chance . If my Grander will be wrong again, I’ll NEVER COME TO this restaurant but instead of that I’ll spend my money in any other restaurant. Got it?
The restaurant is very dirty, there are people who occupy the tables without eating and homeless who come in to fill the private bottles at free refill. The latter are not kicked out, and indeed they are friends with the waiters of the restaurant. It’s really a shame. The tables and floors are dirty, no one cleans them and you smell bad. I recommend going to Mc Donald’s in front
Crowded as hell but fine if you only order food to go, staff a little slower than I'm used to seeing but otherwise very nice and understandingFood: 5/5
