I contacted Kent Floral by searching google maps! I picked them because their website products looked great! But because i wanted the order out today, right away, they couldn’t deliver the ones i wanted! I gave this young lady three pieces of information over the phone: blue, purple and white. Within 2 hours they delivered this beautiful arrangement and gave one special girl a big smile! Thank you Kent Floral! This was fabulous!

I called the day before for my best friends funeral so you can understand how important these flowers were. I just was too overcome & forgot to get any. They were so kind & the arrangement was beautiful! Thank you!

Hostile service, Stale old flowers going out the door. Any complaints about wilting or browning flowers to the main elder florest is met with a threat to take the arrangement away and send you out the door empty handed. Many times arrangements were made of flowers on their last legs and many flowers dying one or two days after picking them up. Walking in to the store is consistently met with animosity and threats to not give you service if you point out dying flowers. Save yourself the aggravation as well as your money and avoid this business.

Prices are high, but quality is good, cashier gave great input.
