Honestly I this library is one of my favorite places in Grand Rapids to get some work done. The huge windows and view of the lake is great, and the staff is so knowledgeable and friendly. KDL goes out of their way to be welcoming to everyone. It's shown in the little things, like offering phone/tablet chargers, reading glasses, coffee from a Keurig machine, and posting a board with weekly questions encouraging community conversation. There's a lot more, but I'll cut myself off there. :)
