My first time visiting this branch and it’s kinda hard to look for the price of the things they sell. The materials theyre selling are good quality but how it was stacked and arrange needs some improvement. The staff were nice and helpful though. Overall I got what I needed. The store is clean outside and inside too.
Employees i talked too were very adverisal. No time to talk with a customer to help out. I f you are going to build something. Or need help, best bet is just to go online for research. Then go to a smaller store. Price might be a little higher. But the service you will get is way,way,way better then here.nnAnd to employees that might read this. If you hate your job. Then leave it and find something you like. Instead of taking it out on people just trying to find information.nnJust sad.
Such awful service here.nMe and my husband bought a strip of flooring March 16th and paid to get it delivered about a week later on March 24th.nOn March 24th we waited and they didn’t show. We called to ask what happened and they said they weren’t sure but that it would probably be delivered tomorrow instead.nNext day, still nothing. So we show up in person at the end of the day to pick it up ourselves. They tell us it isn’t even cut yet and they said they would call us when it’s ready to be picked up.nSo another week goes by and we don’t get any call. I’ve been calling the last 3 days asking if it’s ready to be picked up and they keep telling me it’s showing that it did get delivered to us on the system.nAnytime I called the staff were not apologetic and entirely unhelpful. Two separate staff said they would look into it for me and would call me back but they did not.nWaiting on a call back from the manager now… *update* the manager did NOT call me back.nSuch a frustrating experience with the staff there.
Do not shop at this store. The staff would rather cancel your order than help you. I have been at this store numerous times and completely ignored by staff especially in the warehouse. When ordering warehouse material to be ready for pick up, none of the material was ever picked and ready. Most employees are stood around with their hands in their pockets. Employees are saucy and rude to talk to. Don’t waste your time, patience or money here.
Great deals, especially if you collect Airmiles. Staff are great, but usually need to be approached first. I find they rarely come talk to you and ask if you need help. Once you ask though, they are very glad to help you out. The main reason bringing this rating down to 3 stars is because of item availability and organization. Whether you want 1 or 10, they never seem to have enough inventory and good luck finding a price as items always seem to be in the wrong spot on the shelves.nnEdit: They must be listening. During my trip there today, I was approached by no fewer than 4 staff and had 2 very helpful conversations! So I've upped my rating to 4 stars. Thank you so much!
