Kent Building Supplies

Always had a great experience at this store until today. Asked for assistance to purchase plywood. Got attitude from the employee and said he was too busy to help me as he went on to have a conversation with another employee. Decided to do it myself. Got to the cash and they had no idea how to ring it through. I left it there and went to Home Hardware and got excellent service. Im not one to complain online but I will never step foot into another Kent or any Irving owned business. A complete disrespect too a customer who frequented this store. Do not shop at this store if you want service!

Although smaller than some of the other Kent locations, this one is the most convenient for me to get to and the staff is friendly/helpful. They also seem more organized than other Kent locations. I would definitely recommend this hardware store.

Bought a Bathroom Vanity from Kent Building Supplies in Riverview N.B. after having it installed there was an issue with it. Called the store and explained my problem they were very helpful in my situation and replaced the vanity. That's awesome customer Service. Thank you!!
