Never had issues with this location until today.nI was buying the last of a certain Christmas tree. Since it was the demo, I asked if they gave a % off demos like home depot always does I was “helped” by certain Steve who presented himself as a manager. He told me no discount, they are not in the business of loosing money. I said it never hurts to ask since it’s not coming out of his pockets. He was quite condescending in his response, Told me he don’t care what Home Depot does and it might not come out of his pockets, but he only cares about His reviews. I told him that his attitude was not very nice and I understand if they’re not giving discounts, but he didn’t have to be rude Like that to me . He literally could not care less so I figure out I would do what he cares about and give him the review he deserves.nFrom this point on, I’ll find somewhere else to shop. Thanks, Steve
I shop at this location, often getting materials for various jobs that I do for my customers. I can’t say how happy I am with the staff and the service that I have been given at this location they go above and beyond anytime I have a request and it is much appreciated.
Went in to buy a rake. There was 4 workers in that section. 1 girl was in a chair with her feet up and 3 other guys were standing there with shovels. I asked if they had rakes. She said we do but we just put them up top, so we cant help you. The god famn lift was right there. Needless to say i didnt get a rake because they did t feel the need to get me one. 4 people and none wanted to get me 1 rake and let me walk. That is by far one of the worst examples of customer service i have ever seen. I will never buy another thing from Kent.
Well stocked store with a good clearance section. Very easy returns with receipts. Great store with great products.
