Excellent customer service! Staff went above & beyond to ensure I was able to access a product of interest. Special shout-out to Kenzie for all her help - much appreciated!
You have one of the nicest little garden centres in King's County, so why must you close next week? Gardeners still want soil, mums, shrubs and all kinds of gardening needs until September. You close way too early! And you do this each year. So disappointing!
Nice store, clean and good layout. All shopping experiences have been pretty good overall. All Staff are great, except one. There are two ladies who are usually in paint section, one is great, friendly and helpful but the other older lady with the short hair, I now turn around and go elsewhere if I see she is working. Three times I've dealt with her, she was very rude and acted like waiting on me was such a bother and inconvenience. I was thinking maybe the first few times maybe she was having a bad day but now three times in a row she had the same behavior. I know I'm not the only one who thinks this way as I've shared experience with others and those that have purchased paint there, knew exactly who I was speaking of. Not sure why she is there working customer service if she is so miserable.
A great place for all your home and business renovation needs. A descent selection of products. Certainly not as many as you can find in Charlottetown. However they have most of the common things. Staff is helpful and very pleasant. Always a great experience and I rate the store an overall B+ and I shop weekly.
Dropped in to get bags of lawn soil. Instant service at the front cashier, all with a smile. She paged assistance to load the 17 kg bags on back of 1/2 ton! We waited for a bit and were just about to go in and ask where our help was. At that time two female cashiers were heading for their break and saw us still waiting. They immediately came over and with a smile loaded the bags for us.
